Privacy policy

Emorix (the “Service”) is operated by StarkOne, LLC (“we”). This policy explains what information is collected when you use emorix.ai, the Emorix archive server (for example cloud.emorix.ai) and the Emorix apps for iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac and Windows, and what is done with it.
What we collect
Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a hash). Accounts are created by the administrators of an archive.
Your documents: the files you add — photos, PDFs, Office files, emails, text — and what the Service derives from them: their text, a title, a summary, dates, amounts, names and topics.
Questions and answers: the questions you ask and their answers, so you can see your history.
Server logs: actions in the archive (uploads, deletions, sign-ins), with the IP address and time, for security and auditing.
On your device: the app keeps its sign-in token in the Keychain or Android Keystore, and a hash of your app PIN if you set one. The camera and photos are used only to add documents you choose. The apps contain no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
How it is used
Only to provide the Service: to store your documents; to read, organise and search them; to answer your questions from them; to remind you of dates; and to keep your account secure. We do not sell information, use it for advertising, or track you across other apps and websites.
AI processing
To read documents, summarise them and answer questions, the content of your documents and your questions are sent to the AI model providers we work with, through our AI gateway, for that processing only.
Sharing
Information is passed only to service providers working for us — hosting and AI processing — as far as the Service needs it, or when the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
Documents are kept until you or your archive’s administrators delete them. A deleted document goes to the bin and is permanently deleted after 30 days (an administrator can change this period). Copies in backups are deleted when those backups are replaced.

Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Keys and sensitive settings are stored encrypted. You can lock the app with Face ID, a fingerprint or a PIN.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it: [email protected].
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with its date.
